* you're doing well during rehearsals. it's good that you're taking everything seriously
* it would be nice if your parents, brothers, sisters, friends, enemies could come and watch your presentations...do invite them!
* props people...it would be better if you just make or bring your own props because it could be difficult to get them inside the campus...but we'll try, just inform me asap

ajss night
* how are you people-in-charge? ok pa? have you tried asking the blue and gold cafeteria re food? baka makamura tayo doon. our office can perhaps give 5 gallons of ice cream at isang plangganang pasta at isang bilaong lumpia shanghai...wala na bang ibang mag-dodonate? para naman wala na o konti na lang contribution natin.

outing
* so sorry guys, but we have to cancel our plan to have an outing on friday, may 25. i understand there's still no final plan yet since i have not received any, so i hope this would not be much of a problem. the main reasons given to me were...it's the day before your graduation; zambales is quite far; OAA staff will have to accompany you, thus, we have to close our office which we can't afford to do on a weekday esp this coming week because our director will be on leave; the beach could be very dangerous - we had a bad experience on this
* now, if you still would want to push through it, maybe we can have it after your graduation. the dormers are still allowed to stay in the dorm until the end of the month.
* but our suggestion is, the day after your ajss night, thursday, you do some bonding activities like swimming at cervini pool, eat lunch together, perhaps agawan base, patintero at kung ano pang pwede nyong gawin sa field, amazing race etc. then watch movie together in the afternoon...we'll postpone your ajss evaluation, we'll make it on friday, may 25.

graduation
* we're still looking for a priest to preside over our thanksgiving mass...fr. danny huang is not available
* jules, i need a compilation of all pictures taken. if you need a cd, just tell me. also, your group should already be taking funny pictures of each and everyone, i need this badly for the grad program
* for the presentation, i suggest that you do a dance number, marami sa inyong magaling sumayaw, lalo na yung mga cheerleaders natin. also a song number, then perhaps a number from all those who play musical instruments. and actually we can include the red team, masaya yun! at ok na
* for the decor, may budget tayo dyan, just inform me asap

* may 25 - 8:00am at escaler hall for a closing activity, recollection-type; 1:30pm at escaler hall - ajss evaluation and then grad practice
* may 26 - 8:00am at escaler hall - grad practice, decoration, batch picture at the gesu church; 11:00am to 2:00pm - mag-ayos na kayo, make-up, powder, facial scrub; 2:00pm - ready for graduation, batch picture outside escaler hall; 3:00pm - thanksgiving mass; 4:00pm - graduation proper
